River OS Remote App

Use your voice anywhere in your home to control your River OS TV. The River OS Remote App lets you give voice commands, navigate through content, create personalized user profiles, and save and access your favorite apps.

Please download the app on your Android powered smartphone.

Instructions for Download and Installation

Before downloading the app, please make sure that the option “Install Unknown App” is enabled on your phone. To enable it, do the following:

Go to “App settings” in your device settings
Go to “Special app access”
Click on “Install unknown apps”
Now look for the browser through which you came to this website. For example – chrome, firefox, etc.
Enable the option “Allow from this source”
Once the above is done, click on “Download” button
Click “Ok” on the following popup and the Alphonso Mobile Remote app will start auto-downloading
Click on the downloaded file and click on “Install”

After installing the River OS Remote App, remember to turn off the “Install unknown apps” option again. Open the app and connect to your River OS-powered smart TV. Now, sit back and enjoy using your mobile as a remote!

Note – River Remote App is currently compatible with only Android supported smartphones
